Return & Exchange
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility: Item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and invoice intact.
Not Eligible: Sale items, worn/altered items, customized or made-to-order products, and items marked "Final Sale."
Returns: No cash refunds for change of mind. Returns accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items — eligible for replacement or store credit.
Shipping Charges: Customers cover exchange shipping for size changes; Mahra covers shipping if the wrong/defective item was sent.
