How can I place an order?
Browse our collection, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
Is there a Cash on Delivery (COD) charge?
Yes. A flat Rs. 200 Cash on Delivery (COD) handling fee may apply to orders within Pakistan. The exact charges will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes, Mahra Clothing delivers nationwide across Pakistan.
What is the delivery time?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days across Pakistan.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or courier updates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Direct Bank Transfer.
How does Bank Transfer payment work?
Bank account details are displayed during checkout. After payment, send the payment screenshot to our WhatsApp number for verification.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched.
Can I amend my order?
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need any amendments.
What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and has original tags attached.
Can I exchange a product for a different size?
Yes. Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
Who pays exchange shipping charges?
Customers pay exchange shipping charges for size changes or change of mind. Mahra covers shipping if an incorrect or defective item was sent.
Can I return a product?
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly misrepresented products.
What if my merchandise does not fit?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and our team will assist you with the exchange process.
 If my merchandise is damaged or incorrect?
Share your order number along with product and packaging photos within 7 days of delivery.
What if the product color varies?
Slight color variations may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, and screen settings.
Are your products original?
Yes. All products sold through Mahra Clothing are supplied directly by our brand.
