1. Exchange Period
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
Items are eligible for exchange if:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
- The original invoice or order confirmation is provided.
- The item received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or you require a different size.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Sale or discounted items.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Accessories and items marked as “Final Sale”.
4. Return Policy
Currently, MAHRA does not offer cash refunds for a change of mind. Returns are accepted only if:
- You receive a damaged or defective item.
- You received the wrong product.
- The item significantly differs from the description shown on the website.
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, customers may receive:
- A replacement item, or
- Store credit is equal to the purchase value.
5. Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges in case of size changes or a change of mind.
- If MAHRA ships the wrong or defective item, all replacement shipping costs will be covered by MAHRA.

7. Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, exchanges are processed within 3–7 business days.
