We currently deliver across Pakistan.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Lahore: 1–3 business days
- Other Cities in Pakistan: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
A flat Cash on Delivery (COD) handling fee of Rs. 200 may apply to eligible orders across Pakistan. The applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping and tracking information through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or courier updates where available.
6. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Mahra Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Mahra Clothing will not be responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate addresses provided by the customer.
8. Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number along with photographs of the item and packaging, if applicable.
9. Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges in cases involving size changes or a change of mind.
If Mahra Clothing ships an incorrect or defective item, replacement shipping costs will be covered by Mahra Clothing.
